About the Role:
As a Cloud Services Engineer Apprentice, you will support the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Operations team in delivering secure, reliable, and efficient workplace technology services. You will gain hands-on exposure to IT operations, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
- Support enterprise IT operations and cloud services.
- Work with collaboration and endpoint platforms.
- Gain exposure to real-world IT service environments.
- Learn incident management and troubleshooting.
- Assist in improving service delivery and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day IT operations across Digital Workplace Services.
- Assist with incident, request, and change management using ServiceNow.
- Monitor service health and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
- Assist in device and application support activities.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base.
- Participate in service improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow security and compliance standards.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of IT operations and enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Awareness of endpoint devices (Windows, macOS).
- Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL concepts).
- Understanding of incident, request, and change management.
- Exposure to ticketing tools like ServiceNow (or willingness to learn).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
- Understanding of endpoint management tools (Intune).
- Awareness of security and compliance practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year experience.
- Must be registered under the Apprenticeship Act (NATS).
- Legally eligible to work in India.
