In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ERP applications, database components, and business reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.
About the Role:
As a Junior Engineer / Engineer (ERP Development), you will work on backend systems, databases, and ERP modules while gaining hands-on experience in real-world enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain ERP applications.
- Work on SQL database development.
- Design application features based on requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams.
- Support testing and debugging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Build web and console applications using .NET.
- Create reports using tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Jasper.
- Enhance ERP modules and system functionalities.
- Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of database concepts (joins, indexes, queries).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET.
- Familiarity with Git or version control tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Jasper).
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
- Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Ramco).
- Knowledge of database optimization techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or related field.
- 0–4 years of experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong interest in ERP and backend development.
