About the Role:
As a Software Engineering AMTS, you will design, develop, and deliver highly scalable cloud-based applications while working with global teams on Salesforce’s core platform and AI-driven products.
- Work on large-scale cloud and enterprise systems.
- Build AI-powered CRM and platform features.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Build new features and enhance existing products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Develop and execute automated test frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX, and engineering teams.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Use telemetry and monitoring to improve system reliability.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Knowledge of cloud computing and distributed systems.

Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Batch: 2025 graduates (typical for AMTS roles).
- Strong academic record (around 7 CGPA or above).
- No active backlogs.
