About the Role:
As a QA & Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of banking applications through manual and automated testing processes. You will work in agile teams and contribute to high-quality software delivery.
- Work on automation and functional testing.
- Ensure quality of enterprise banking applications.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams.
- Participate in agile development processes.
- Work on API and system-level testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute functional and automation testing.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks.
- Perform API testing (authentication, authorization, security).
- Analyze defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with stakeholders to validate requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and testing standards.
- Prepare test reports and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium).
- Programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Understanding of API testing (Postman, REST).
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (ADO pipelines).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber).
- Exposure to banking or financial domain.
- Understanding of ETL/data testing.
- Experience with Git/version control.

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech or related fields.
- Freshers / Early-career candidates (0–2 years preferred).
