About the Role:
- Work with the lending analytics team to analyze credit funnel performance.
- Support analysis of the journey from application to approval and loan disbursal.
- Build analytics frameworks for credit scoring and borrower segmentation.
- Forecast key lending metrics such as approvals, conversions, and revenue.
- Work closely with product, growth, engineering, and lender operations teams.
- Provide insights that help improve pricing, ROI, and lending performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform credit funnel analysis across application, approval, and disbursal stages.
- Create credit scorecards and analytical frameworks for lending evaluation.
- Develop forecasts for GMV, approval rates, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze lender-wise performance and optimize pricing strategies.
- Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with dashboards and visualization tools like Tableau.
- Understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of credit scoring, lending analytics, or fintech operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively with business teams.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in fintech, lending analytics, or financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of credit policy and bureau data analysis is beneficial.
- Ability to work with large datasets and analytical tools.
