About the Role:
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will support digital transformation initiatives in supply chain and purchasing processes. You will work on dashboards, analytics, and automation solutions using Power BI and Power Platform tools.
- Work on digital transformation and automation projects.
- Develop dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Support supply chain and purchasing operations.
- Collaborate with buyers, managers, and stakeholders.
- Gain hands-on experience in enterprise data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create supplier dashboards and analytics reports.
- Perform data analysis (80/20, ABC, cost analysis, spend analysis).
- Analyze price inconsistencies and material cost trends.
- Support supplier integration (EDI, portals, master data).
- Maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
- Assist in taxonomy, segmentation, and data structuring.
- Support digital transformation in purchasing processes.
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform tools.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
- Understanding of automation/RPA concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in supply chain and digital transformation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or data tools.
- Understanding of dashboards and reporting systems.
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with ETL/data pipelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Batch: 2024 / 2025 graduates.
- Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA.
