About the Role:
The role involves providing technical and customer support by resolving client queries efficiently and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle customer queries via calls and emails.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions.
- Maintain service quality and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
