About the Role:

The role involves providing technical and customer support by resolving client queries efficiently and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).  

  • Handle customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Maintain service quality and SLA compliance.
  • Work in a process-driven support environment.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client requests and issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Record and track all queries and resolutions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain logs and documentation for all interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams.
