About the Role:
As an Intern – OTC Engineering, you will contribute to backend and frontend development while learning best practices in software engineering and product development.
- Work as part of an Agile/SCRUM team.
- Assist in developing backend and frontend features.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Support testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Learn enterprise software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Contribute to frontend development using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and test REST APIs.
- Write unit tests and support integration testing.
- Debug issues and fix defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of web development (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of Git or version control tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.
