About the Role:
As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with development and business teams to validate applications, identify defects, and improve software quality across systems.
- Design and develop test cases based on requirements.
- Execute manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts.
- Ensure quality of banking and enterprise applications.
- Learn industry-standard testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases and scenarios.
- Identify bugs and track issues to resolution.
- Maintain test documentation and reports.
- Perform regression and functional testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Analyze results and improve testing processes.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC).
- Knowledge of manual testing and QA processes.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL or database testing.
