About the Role:
As a Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance, monitor systems, and ensure smooth functioning of applications and platforms.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure system uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and manage operating systems (Ubuntu, RedHat, Windows).
- Perform website testing and performance analysis.
- Upgrade system components and manage virtual environments.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Use monitoring tools for uptime and alerts.
- Handle tickets using tools like Jira or OS Ticket.
- Provide first-level support and escalate issues when required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux & Windows).
- Understanding of website testing and performance checks.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira, OS Ticket).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
