About the Role:
As an ITSD Tech Analyst, you will provide technical support to Deloitte employees, resolve issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across global teams.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve software and hardware issues.
- Ensure high-quality customer service.
- Work with global teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Handle voice and non-voice support interactions.
- Document and manage tickets in CRM tools.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet performance and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on system changes and outages.
- Provide excellent customer support experience.

- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
