About the Role:
As an Analytics Engineering Intern, you will work on data transformation, analytics, and visualization projects within enterprise data platforms, gaining real-world experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
- Work on data engineering and analytics workflows.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts.
- Gain exposure to enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Perform data quality checks and validations.
- Assist in data transformation using SQL and Power Query.
- Support Python-based data processing.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write DAX measures and track KPIs.
- Perform data analysis and visualization.
- Document data models and analytical processes.
Skills Required:
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy).
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Exposure to Azure, Databricks, or Synapse.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2024 / 2025 / 2026 batch students or recent graduates.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT / Data Science / Statistics or related field.
- Interest in data engineering and analytics.
