About the Role:
As a Product QA Intern, you will test product features, validate AI responses, and ensure a seamless learning experience for users while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Test AI-powered learning features.
- Validate accuracy of tutor responses.
- Work on real product workflows.
- Collaborate with QA and product teams.
- Ensure high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for platform features.
- Verify AI responses for errors and edge cases.
- Test handwriting and stylus input on devices.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Log bugs with proper documentation and severity.
- Maintain QA documentation and reports.
- Reproduce and analyze bug reports.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of STEM subjects (Physics, Math, Chemistry).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies.
- Strong written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in product management or QA.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools.
- Knowledge of EdTech or AI platforms.
- Experience with testing tools (optional).
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1st–4th year undergraduate students.
- Engineering or STEM-related fields.
- Strong foundation in Physics, Math, Chemistry (JEE level).
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore.
