About the Role:
You will work on Nova — GoComet’s AI platform — building production-ready systems that automate real logistics workflows using AI agents and full-stack engineering.
- Build full-stack applications (frontend + backend).
- Develop AI-powered workflows and agents.
- Work directly with enterprise clients.
- Own features end-to-end from idea to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop frontend (React) and backend (Python/Node.js) systems.
- Build AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
- Design and manage ETL pipelines, event systems, and databases.
- Integrate APIs and build scalable microservices.
- Interact with clients to understand and solve real-world problems.
- Deploy and monitor production systems.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React, React Flow
- Backend: Python, Node.js, FastAPI
- Data: ClickHouse, Kafka
- AI/ML: LLMs, LangGraph, RAG pipelines
- Infra: dbt, Temporal, OpenTelemetry
Skills Required:
- Strong full-stack development skills.
- Knowledge of Python / JavaScript / backend systems.
- Understanding of databases and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and system design thinking.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Projects or open-source contributions.
- Experience with real-world product development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or related field.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
