About the Role:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will troubleshoot software issues, support customers, and work with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Work on SaaS-based support systems.
- Handle technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Support global clients and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve technical support issues.
- Work directly with clients to understand and fix problems.
- Document issues and maintain ticket tracking systems.
- Identify product bugs and escalate when needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting sessions with clients.
- Create knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Support junior team members and training.
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and client-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of web applications and networking.
- Understanding of databases and scripting.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers eligible).
- Interest in technical support and SaaS products.
