About the Role:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will troubleshoot software issues, support customers, and work with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.

  • Work on SaaS-based support systems.
  • Handle technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
  • Support global clients and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve technical support issues.
  • Work directly with clients to understand and fix problems.
  • Document issues and maintain ticket tracking systems.
  • Identify product bugs and escalate when needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting sessions with clients.
  • Create knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Support junior team members and training.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and client-handling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of web applications and networking.
  • Understanding of databases and scripting.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce).
