About the Role:
As an Associate Technical Support Consultant, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software systems and applications.
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot system configuration and performance issues.
- Interact with global clients via calls and online platforms.
- Work on database and application-related problems.
- Learn healthcare IT systems and support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to software and systems.
- Handle support tickets and document solutions.
- Work with SQL Server and backend systems.
- Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and follow SLA processes.
- Provide continuous support and updates to clients.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or software systems.
- Understanding of Windows Servers or IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:
