About the Role:
As a Junior Management Trainee, you will work closely with business teams, analyze performance data, and contribute to improving organizational processes.
- Work on data analysis and reporting.

- Develop business insights and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create dashboards and performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be pursuing a 2-year full-time MBA (Business Management or related).
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA.
- Passing Batch: 2026.
- Willingness to work at any Hexaware location in India.
