About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will support transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and helping deliver efficient solutions.
- Work on business process analysis and transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
- Support delivery of business solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
- Prepare documentation (BRDs, process flows, reports).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution.
- Assist in solution design and project delivery.
- Develop training materials and communication plans.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of business analysis methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Knowledge of banking processes (payments, lending, onboarding).
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with reconciliation tools (DUCO, TLM).
- Knowledge of risk and compliance in banking.
- Experience in transformation or process improvement projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in business analysis or related roles preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
