About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will support transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and helping deliver efficient solutions.

  • Work on business process analysis and transformation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Support delivery of business solutions.
  • Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Prepare documentation (BRDs, process flows, reports).
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution.
  • Assist in solution design and project delivery.
  • Develop training materials and communication plans.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of banking processes (payments, lending, onboarding).
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with reconciliation tools (DUCO, TLM).
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance in banking.
  • Experience in transformation or process improvement projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience in business analysis or related roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
