About the Role:
As an Associate Trainee, you will work in manufacturing operations, handling machine maintenance, production processes, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Support manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Work on maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle machine operations and production processes.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards.
- Maintain production logs and traceability records.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Work on continuous improvement and lean practices.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and safety awareness.

Preferred Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, or E&C.
- Freshers or early-career candidates.
