About the Role:
As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo industry-focused training and then work with leading companies on software development, production support, or banking-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test software applications.
- Support systems like trading platforms and reporting tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with teams across functions.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills (Java / Python / C / C++).
- Understanding of data structures and OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Competitive coding experience.
- Understanding of multithreading and design patterns.
- Knowledge of test-driven development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / STEM fields.
- Minimum 60% aggregate with no active backlogs.

- Salary: Up to ₹9.15 LPA
