About the Role:
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work on backend development, APIs, and scalable systems while learning modern software engineering practices.
- Develop backend services and APIs.
- Work with databases and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams.
- Learn and implement scalable architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build backend services using Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
- Develop APIs and backend workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
- Debug and resolve issues in development and production.
- Work with databases like MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Java and Python.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and web applications.
- Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Spring Boot, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0.5 to 2 years of experience (including internships/projects).
