About the Role:
As an Associate Product Analyst, you will provide technical support for PTC’s Windchill PLM product, helping customers troubleshoot issues and optimize system usage.
- Support enterprise customers using PLM solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Work with global teams and customers.
- Contribute to product knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windchill product issues.
- Troubleshoot installation and functionality problems.
- Analyze customer issues and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams.
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing.
- Track and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Java and databases.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Unix).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLM tools (Windchill).
- Knowledge of system configuration and administration.
- Oracle certifications (Java or Database) are a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong Java & Database knowledge can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in relevant domain.
