About the Role:
As a Corporate IT Intern, you will work with the IT Service Desk team to provide technical support, troubleshoot systems, and assist users in a professional enterprise environment.
- Provide IT support for Windows and Mac systems.
- Assist with software installation and troubleshooting.
- Support internal users with technical issues.
- Work on IT service desk operations.
- Gain exposure to enterprise IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft tools and applications.
- Document support requests in ticketing systems.
- Help set up laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Skills Required:
