In this role, you will provide customer support via calls, chat, email, and social media, ensuring excellent customer experience while meeting performance metrics and service level agreements.

About the Role:

As a Campus Associate, you will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and deliver high-quality service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Handle customer queries across multiple channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Work towards productivity and SLA targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
  • Meet performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with data security policies.
  • Attend training and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain schedule adherence and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service experience.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Typing and computer skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any full-time UG/PG Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, MBA, MCA, Pharma).
  • 2026 pass-out students eligible.
  • Candidates must stay within 25 km of office location.

Work Details:

  • Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
  • Working Hours: 8 hours + 1 hour break
  • Work Days: 5 or 6 days per week
