About the Role:
As a Workday Junior Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining integrations, supporting HR systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Work on Workday integrations and HR technology solutions.
- Develop and support enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in full SDLC (design, development, testing).
- Learn cloud-based enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with teams for testing and deployment.
- Conduct peer reviews and improve system configurations.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of software development concepts.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, or integration tools.
- Understanding of cloud or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Workday or HR systems (plus).
