About the Role:
As a Trainee at Xcelore, you will undergo structured training and work on practical projects to build expertise in software development or DevOps technologies.
- Learn Java development or DevOps practices.
- Work on real-world projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors.
- Gain hands-on experience in industry tools.
- Prepare for full-time engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions and learning programs.
- Work on assigned technical tasks and projects.
- Develop coding and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with teams on development or deployment tasks.
- Follow best practices and coding standards.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of programming (Java preferred).
- Understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Interest in DevOps tools and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Git, Linux, or cloud platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to projects or internships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Batch: 2025 or 2026.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Should not have previously applied for this role at Xcelore.
Program Details:
- Training Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹15,000/month during training
- Full-Time CTC (Post PPO): ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
