About the Role:

As an HR Intern, you will support sourcing and recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and interact with candidates to streamline hiring processes.

  • Assist in sourcing candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and schedules.
  • Handle initial communication with candidates.
  • Support recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules.
  • Communicate with candidates effectively.
  • Maintain recruitment records and data.
  • Support HR team in hiring activities.

Skills Required:

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Confidence in communication and presentations.
  • Willingness to make calls including cold calling.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in Human Resources field.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • UG (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA) / PG (MA, MSc, MCom) graduates.
  • Final-year students may also be eligible.
  • Willing to work from office and travel if required.
