Role : ANALYST – CXO OD
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver end-to-end lifecycle of assigned ODC requests including assignment, quality checks and timely completion.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and ticket queues; ensure SLAs are met and escalate issues as required.
- Document processes, create SOPs, and prepare training modules for new hires and junior team members.
- Act as the point-of-contact (POC) for client account teams leveraging ODC services and support them with process clarifications.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures (SOPs).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform basic data checks and quality reviews.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems, shared inboxes and MS Office tools.
